Mobile Service Policies
How to book — Mobile: Mobile visits are not available for direct online booking. Please contact us through the inquiry form on our website with your location, preferred date and time, and the service you are interested in. We will confirm availability and provide a travel fee quote based on your location before finalizing your booking.
Service area and travel fee: Good Day IV & Wellness provides mobile services throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area. A travel fee ranging from $25-$75 will apply to mobile visits. The travel fee is calculated based on distance from our northwest Twin Cities base at the center of the 55448 zip code and will be quoted before your booking is confirmed. The travel fee is non-refundable once the nurse has departed for your location. If a mobile visit is cancelled after departure, the travel fee applies regardless of the cancellation reason, in addition to any applicable cancellation fee. If there are multiple clients at one location, there is only one travel fee per trip.
0-10 miles: $25
10-20 miles: $50
20-30 miles: $75
30+ miles: Contact for Availability/Pricing
Minimum spend: There is a $199 minimum total spend for every mobile appointment trip, which can be met with any combination of our services or with multiple clients. This does not include the travel fee.
Late arrivals — Mobile: For mobile visits, if a patient is not available or accessible at the scheduled time of arrival, the nurse will wait up to 15 minutes before the visit is treated as a no-show. The cancellation fee and travel fee both apply in this situation.
Environment requirements: You are responsible for providing a safe, clean, and accessible space for your visit. This includes a comfortable chair or seating with arm access, a small surface for supplies, and adequate lighting. The nurse reserves the right to decline to perform a service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for clinical care. In this case the cancellation fee applies.
Pets and distractions: We ask that pets be secured in another room during your mobile visit for safety reasons. Please ensure children and other household members are aware that a clinical procedure will be taking place and that interruptions are minimized.
Access and parking: For apartment buildings, gated communities, or locations with restricted access, please provide clear access instructions when confirming your booking. If the nurse cannot access your location at the scheduled time the visit may be treated as a no-show.
Safety: The nurse’s safety is non-negotiable. Good Day IV & Wellness reserves the right to cancel or decline any mobile visit if the nurse feels unsafe for any reason. The cancellation fee and travel fee are waived in this circumstance.
