Sarah Biernath
Owner / Registered Nurse
Like most nurses, I got into this field because I genuinely love people — and I knew early on that caring for others was exactly what I wanted to do. I started my career in dialysis working with patients with end-stage kidney disease, but I quickly grew frustrated with a healthcare system that prioritized treating symptoms instead of uncovering their root cause.
The turning point came when I sought out a functional medicine provider for myself. The relief I found — and the way I felt truly heard and cared for — completely changed my perspective on what healthcare could and should look like.
That experience led me to the integrative health space, where I’ve spent the past three years at an IV clinic doing what I love most: working one-on-one with clients, educating them on targeted therapies and micronutrient options, and helping them find an approach that actually works for them.
This personalized, holistic model of care is what I always wished existed — and it’s what I’ve built our services around. If you’re ready for a different approach to your health, I’d love to be part of your journey.

Troy Biernath
Owner / Operations Manager
There’s so much in our world that tells us that life is transactional. It’s about what we can get out of other people while giving the least ourselves. Whenever we see people or companies that talk about how much they care, we assume it’s a marketing tactic. We started Good Day in part to fight that modern standard.
In my day job as a Mobile Manufacturing Manager at a humanitarian aid nonprofit called Feed My Starving Children, I’ve had the chance to be part of work that gives without expecting anything in return. Welcoming our son Micah in 2025 made me want to live that out even more intentionally. I want him to grow up watching his parents choose generosity over convenience and ambition. My wife and I wanted to create something that not only helps support our family, but also allows us to care for our family with specific medical needs, our friends who are working too hard, and our neighbors around the Twin Cities who just need a Good Day.
I won’t be starting your IVs, and trust me, you don’t want me to (I have passed out multiple times from needles and blood). I’m the one behind the scenes helping make sure everything runs smoothly, and while you may not always see me, I hope you feel that care and love in every part of your experience.
Outside of work, I’m usually spending time with my son, gardening, baking sourdough, reading, or playing games with friends. I try to bring that same presence into this space: simple, never rushed, never pushy, just here to help.
Mission and Values
Mission Statement
At Good Day, every patient is treated with the honesty and integrity we’d give our own friends and family: safe, personalized, excellent care that feels different from the moment we meet.
Values
Integrity
Integrity over revenue, every time. No upsell, no pressure, no adding things to a drip because the margin is better. At Good Day, you’re treated with the same honesty and care that we give our own friends and family. We will learn your name, listen to what matters most to you, and help you determine what will be most helpful to achieve your goals, without the extra fluff.
Safety
Every visit at Good Day runs under active medical director oversight, established clinical protocols, and a licensed RN with years of infusion experience. The experience feels relaxed because the structure behind it is anything but casual.
Personalization
No two patients are the same. Every visit starts with a real conversation about what brought you in, what you’re hoping to feel, and what your health history looks like. We want to be a partner in your health journey, not cookie cutter care.
Excellence
At Good Day, we aren’t trying to see as many patients as possible. We’re trying to take excellent care of the ones who come in, making sure every single visit was worth the time and money.
