Lab Draws
We’re happy to offer quick, affordable lab draws administered by a registered nurse for patients of Momentum Health & Wellness.
A few things to know before you come in: some tests require fasting beforehand, so check with your provider if you’re unsure, drink plenty of water before your appointment, and you do not need to go through our regular medical clearance process if you are only looking to get labs drawn.
While you’re here for labs, let us know if you’d like to chat about any additional services. We offer complimentary consultations, and we would be excited to offer 25% off your first IV drip, vitamin shot, or cellular therapy like NAD+ for taking the time to talk.
Simply book a complimentary consultation with your appointment, or if you already know you’d like additional services, add an adjacent appointment in our online booking system. Adding additional services beyond lab draws will require a one-time $39 telemedicine clearance call, but this fee is waived with the purchase of any package or membership.
