Special Event Policies

How to book — Special Events: Special events require advance planning. Please contact us at least 2-4 weeks before your event date. Reach out through the event inquiry form with your event type, date, location, estimated number of guests, and any relevant details. We will follow up to discuss service options, logistics, and pricing.

Deposit: If prepaying for an event, a deposit of 50% of the estimated event total is required to confirm your event booking. The deposit is applied toward your final balance. See cancellation terms above for deposit refund policy.

Minimum guest count/spend: Events may be subject to a minimum guest count or spend which will be discussed during the planning process. Events falling below the minimum may be subject to a base event fee.

Event cancellations: Special event cancellations are subject to separate terms outlined in your event agreement. In general, cancellations more than 14 days before the event date may receive a partial refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 14 days of the event date forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event date may be subject to additional fees to cover preparation costs already incurred.

Guest intake forms: Each guest receiving services must complete a health intake form before their service. Depending on the event, these forms may be required before the event or may be filled out during the event. It is the event host’s responsibility to communicate this requirement to guests in advance and to facilitate intake form completion before or at the event. Guests who have not completed intake forms may not receive services.

Service menu: Special events are offered with a focused service menu selected in advance in collaboration with the event host. The full clinic menu may not be available at all events. Services requiring longer infusion times may not be appropriate for event settings and will be discussed during planning.

Setup requirements: The event host is responsible for providing adequate space for a clinical setup including seating, a surface for supplies, access to a power outlet, and reasonable privacy for guests receiving services. Specific setup requirements will be confirmed during the planning process.

Photography and marketing: Good Day IV & Wellness may request permission to photograph or film at events for marketing and social media purposes. Any photography of patients or guests requires explicit written consent. Event hosts who wish to share photos or video of the Good Day IV setup on their own platforms are welcome to do so but may not tag or identify individual patients without their consent.
